- HHHeather6 days ago1.0I honestly think this Dutch bros is losing its spark. Waiting for a coffee no matter where you go is going to be logic but when does the wait become too much when there’s two lines that are open and the line isn’t moving as quickly enough. I had a mobile order and they usually bring it to the car they didn’t do that but went behind me to other cars and doing their orders. I had enter the line instead of them bring my drink and driving off they usually do this at other locations, but not here I had to wait to go to the window and get my drink and it wasn't even ready.

I waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes at 7:20 PM, with a line of cars backed all the way to the entrance. Several cars even left because of how slow the line was moving. What made it more frustrating was seeing around four employees inside chatting and laughing, while only one person was taking orders and one person was making drinks. To make matters worse, our order was still wrong even after repeating it three times. With the store not closing until 11 PM, there’s no excuse for this level of disorganization and poor service. Dutch Bros is usually quick and reliable, but tonight’s experience was very disappointing.

They are disorganized and spend more time talking with each other than engaging with the customers. I've been at dutch bros is several states and cities and always had amazing service and the team seemed to enjoy their job. This one certainly doesn't live up to that.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
