  Been going here since we moved to the area. Always welcomed with a smile! Today ordered a tigers blood rebel and got some awesome artwork to go along with it. Made my day!

  When this location first opened, the customer service was excellent. The staff had great attitudes and created positive customer connections, which is what encouraged my partner and me to become regular, everyday customers. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been very disappointing. On February 27, 2026, around 5:30 a.m., we had a negative interaction with the morning opener. We politely requested light ice in our drinks, which seemed to immediately frustrate her. We had to remind her again about the light ice request, and she responded by giving little to no ice. She then stated that if we wanted the drinks filled to the top, we would have to be charged extra. This was confusing, as the standard expectation when ordering light ice is simply receiving less ice and more beverage. Since that incident, we have visited this location two additional times, and each visit has left us feeling unwelcome. When we requested light ice again, we received noticeable looks of annoyance from staff. We also observed our cups being filled almost entirely with ice, forcing us to repeat our request. This location is very close to our home and extremely convenient, which is why we have continued to return despite these experiences. However, the repeated negative interactions have made us question whether continuing to visit this location is worthwhile. We are bringing this to your attention because the level of service when this location first opened was exceptional. As loyal customers, we expect a basic level of professionalism and respect when placing simple requests. We hope management can address these concerns so that the customer experience reflects the positive standard that initially drew us to this location.

  I definitely think they should consider having a sign like this one at this location 😊 I love this spot the staff is awesome and my drinks are 10/10 every single time. The team truly does a great job, but other customers honestly ruin it almost every visit. People definitely know how the line works, but some customers get aggressive and take advantage and it makes it stressful. I honestly get nervous coming if there’s already a line.

  Gave me scolding hot chocolate for my kids and when i said something about it, i received the most distasteful customer service ever. Huge fan of Dutch bros but this locations employees lack customer service. Will not be returning to this location.
