  Was here twice last week. The staff was not friendly. They mess up orders and then are not nice about it when asked to get it corrected. Drive through customers get priority over customers at the counter. Another customer was waiting over 5 minutes for a small black coffee and when he asked about it the woman, who appeared to be the manager, was not friendly and it took another minute.

  Nobody wants to be here. They appear to be miserable working here. Orders are constantly wrong. We just take what we can get here. They are usually nice, but the malaise is overwhelming.

  Dunkin is my go to spot for a quick and satisfying treat. I always grab a coffee and it's consistently good, which is exactly what I need in the mornings. It's a reliable and affordable option when I'm on the run

  Super nice employees! They were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. Despite it being busy, they got my order exactly right and served it up fast. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed with such a friendly attitude. Will most definitely be coming back here!

  I repeated myself 4 times in the drive-thru for 3 drinks. Despite repeating myself 4 times, every. single. drink. was wrong. When I asked for the extra milk I ordered, I was rudely told that costs extra - duh, that’s why I ordered it. When I said yeah that’s what I ordered isn’t it, she said idk I didn’t take your order… So how can you so confidently and rudely tell me I’m wrong. I worked in the service industry, I understand a busy stressful morning. I don’t even need you to provide stellar service, just get my order right. And if you don’t, make it right. I’d give a lower rating if I hadn’t had good experiences there before. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that she was just having a bad day, but I’ll still think twice before choosing that location again.
