Drive through customers get priority over customers at the counter. Another customer was waiting over 5 minutes for a small black coffee and when he asked about it the woman, who appeared to be the manager, was not friendly and it took another minute.

When I asked for the extra milk I ordered, I was rudely told that costs extra - duh, that’s why I ordered it. When I said yeah that’s what I ordered isn’t it, she said idk I didn’t take your order… So how can you so confidently and rudely tell me I’m wrong. I worked in the service industry, I understand a busy stressful morning. I don’t even need you to provide stellar service, just get my order right. And if you don’t, make it right. I’d give a lower rating if I hadn’t had good experiences there before. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that she was just having a bad day, but I’ll still think twice before choosing that location again.
