- EMEzekiel MartinezJan 4, 20261.0Honestly the worst customer service I never seen or dealt with as a district manager. First off, I order my pizza asked for delivery and put in my address. 50 min goes by and it was marked as delivered. Check and never got my food. Elissa At the time said the driver sometimes marks the order as receives even tho they are making multiple runs ( I get it) waited another 15 min. Nothing, so I called again and the driver answers the phone and say he delivered it. And it was to the wrong address. He admitted fault and said “that’s on us( the company and him) and I’ll go back and have them make your pizza again”. Ok waited another 1+ hour plus and never got the pizza. So then I called back and was told that the driver left and the order never went through. Then Elissa get on the phone and was absolutely rude. Like I was in fault for there errors. I asked if I can get my money back and have 2 pizzas for me to pick up. Elissa Respond “we are too busy to remake your order. Either we make the order which will take another 2 hours or we’ll refund you”. Mind you I never was rude in any way. All I explain was my wife was pregnant and we have guest over that’s been waiting to have something to eat. I’m not asking for a whole order just enough to eat something since it 2 hours plus at this point. I’m in the customer service Industry and NEVER came across Elissa disrespectful demeanor or attitude for an error that happen with her associate. Elissa actions is highly unacceptable and is in need of some discipline action or PIP. Again I’m been and still am in the customer service world so I’m always understanding and kind but this was absolutely uncalled for. I would like to speak to the owner of this location and have this situation resolved.

Once they picked up, I provided my order details, they put me on hold, and came back asking if I was someone else entirely. Once I reiterated I was placed on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Tried calling back but didn’t get through to a human. Called from a different phone number, a different lady picked up - told me there was a computer malfunction and our orders were mysteriously set to carry out and that is why they were not delivered. No ownership, no accountability, and not acceptable service. 0/10 would not recommend.

- MMMiguelOct 2, 20255.0I went here on September 17th 2025 around 7pm. Wow the pizza was great, I got the special they had a large anyway you want it for $9.99. The pizza was picture perfect and tasted amazing. Staff was friendly and it's so cool they have seating areas here. Ive never seen seating tables at a Domino's before. So freakin awesome!! This place has been here for years I remember!! Great job guys!
