  Some games were closed and it doesn’t make sense for the 90 minute “unlimited game card” to not work on ALL games + you won’t be able to play with your parter on double player games if you’re using 1 card

  The food is very good. I have eaten there a couple times both times with about 4 other people. Everyone enjoyed their food. But. The last time we went the music was just to loud. We couldn't hold a conversation everyone was yelling to be heard. Asked waitress a couple times to see if they could turn down the music. It didn't seem to matter. I won't be going back. Every other time I have been you pick your section to listen and watch a game on the big screen. Or you watch a boxing match. No matter what you were in the mood to watch you could hear it as well. Sad day really like watching sports there when I am in Denver. The poor waitress tried but obviously the manager that night didn't care.

  The food and service were great, but some of the games were so loud that we couldn’t keep playing. We told a couple of the staff members, but they said that they aren’t allowed to turn the volume down on the games. At 100 dB, hearing damage can begin after about 15 minutes of exposure.

  The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's very easy to get water from the bar, as there's a self serve station for it in the arcade. The DDR machine is nice and loud, although, there are minor input problems with it - namely on player 2's side. As for the cost, your best bet is to buy game credits ("chips") in bulk to get the best deal. You don't want to cheap out and end up having to buy more anyways. You can also sign up for their app to get a better deal and avoid their $5 activation fee from the physical cards. The app let's you buy 900 game chips for $120. That's $0.13 per chip. To give context, each DDR set cost 10 chips, which equates to $1.33 given how much we spent on those chips. You get to play 3 songs per set, along with a potential extra stage if you have a konami card. If you want the most bang for the buck, come on Wednesday where all games are half priced. Another pro tip: Filling out the survey from their restaurant reciepts gives you a buy-one-get-one-free deal on game chips (it's a buy $10 game chips, get $10 game chips free). Edit: As for the food, it's been a while but I remember their burgers are really good, especially if you get the fried egg on it too 😋

  Very disappointed in the food and upset with the manager who did little to rectify the problem. The chicken tenders were nasty tasting and dried out, didn't look like the photo in the menu, which is understandable, but we usually always enjoy the chicken tenders here. I was actually more upset about the manager who came to talk to us when we complained. The manager acted apologetic and said he gave us a discou t, but we didnt receive one. He could not seem to comprehend that the food was not good and had to explain it several times. We have been coming here probably since that man was in diapers and him acting like we are trying to scam them into free food is not cool. Also think we were charged twice for an icee, we only got one - no itemized receipts were provided. Also my so only ordered one soda, which they replaced after complaints of the first time and refund to drink the second one, which the bartender admitted that the issue was the soda gun or something to that affect. However, everything tasted like soap that came from a plastic cup, even the water. Anyway the food was awful and so was the soda/water. Bad experience, hope Dave and Busters can find a competent manager who can turn things around. So disappointed I even contacted corporate to complain.
