She goes to a party this evening and her gift certificates were NOT accepted and she was unable to participate leaving her upset and embarrassed. She was told they expired even though there is no expiration date on them and the school told her they didn't expire. WTG D&B!

Drinks missing ingredients, one entree arriving 15 minutes before the other entree, and being served our appetizer near the end of the meal, as well as entree missing ingredients. When brought the correct ingredients they tried to add them to the bill as a "side". This place is obviously ran very poorly by management.
- JBJennifer BowlinDec 16, 20253.0First, I'd just like to say, we did have a lot of fun and the place was fully wheel-chair accessible. However, it's food was awful. We spent over $100 on it and couldn't eat most of it. We did not see anything when we were purchasing the game cards that the tickets you can earn from the unlimited 90 minute play was capped at 1500 tickets(I capped mine in the first 3 games I played), and the guy at the desk was a little rude about it when I inquired. The third thing, it wasn't really the arcades fault, except maybe poor placement, but I was playing Galaga in my wheelchair and a couple of young adults were next to me playing air hockey. One of them hit the puck too hard and hit me in the head and ear really hard. They apologized and all that, but it hurt really bad for the rest of the night. Since I sit about the height of a grade-schooler, it concerns me that it could fly out and hit a kid and seriously hurt them. I think they need to section that area off to not be so close to the arcade games and maybe use netting or something to catch a stray puck.
