  I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The service was absolutely terrible— hostile, rude, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by ordering. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small. For the price you pay, you expect at least a decent amount of food, but this was honestly disappointing. What really pushed it over the edge was seeing the grill employee wipe a dirty rag over the cutting board. It looked completely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. I don’t care how much Chipotle is hyped up as being “fresh” or “healthy” — cleanliness is the bare minimum, and this did not meet it.

  Food was WAY too salty from the rice to the beans the meat to the condiments you're probably over a couple thousand mg of sodium insane high blood pressure keep eating this crap👎👎

  Absolutely embarrassing proportions for $17. Charging for a tbsp of queso? The counter staff was very rude. Wont be back

  The portion sizes are definitely smaller than average. That criticism in other reviews is fair. That being said, the store is still new and clean. The staff is still getting the hang of working together. They do a great job of cooking the food and keeping the store clean. They deal with regular customers, door dashers, high school students and they have a drive through window for online orders. I’m sure they’ll have everything figured out soon enough. It’s nice having a chipotle on south Federal.

  New crew still learning how to process the meat, had a lil too much bone/cartilage in the chicken, but they are new here. Sure it will improve. Great to have the drive through pickup.
