This place is new. It is clean. The employees that I encountered were nice. The food is good. I got a bowl and picked what I wanted in it. A lot of food for a little bit of money. I actually got 2 meals for 1 price.

My order was wrong. Veggie meal option came with chicken in it, and the Chicken meal came with Pinto beans instead of black beans.

If you enjoy paying $15 to be treated like an inconvenience by a staff that clearly doesn't want to be there, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, save your sanity and your gas.
The Logistics Nightmare
First off, good luck actually getting into the building. The parking lot is a cramped, chaotic disaster that feels more like a game of Tetris than a storefront. I spent more time dodging erratic drivers in the lot than I did actually eating.
The "Portions" (Or Lack Thereof)
I’m not sure if there’s a corporate-mandated "protein famine" going on, but the portions are insulting. I watched the employee scoop the chicken with the precision of a diamond cutter, making sure not a single extra grain of rice fell into my bowl. It’s a "taco" bowl in name only; in reality, it’s a bowl of air with a light dusting of ingredients.
Staff and Atmosphere
The vibe inside is unprofessional at best. The employees act like "dudes" hanging out in a garage rather than people working a service job. There is zero sense of urgency and absolutely no professional standards.
Beyond the attitude, the lack of an appearance policy is glaring. It’s a mess of clashing styles and over-the-top makeup that looks more like a costume party than a food service environment—some of the girls are sporting a "payasa" look that is completely out of place when you're trying to serve burritos. It’s distracting, messy, and frankly, it makes you wonder if management has any control over the store at all.
Bottom Line: Between the tiny portions, the "bro" energy from the staff, and the clownish presentation, this location is a hard pass.

I placed a simple online order for one person. The scheduled pickup time was 50 minutes later (my bad for ordering while driving), which is absurd for a fast-food place. Because I was driving and couldn't just walk in to order, I decided to go through drive-thru pickup to cancel the order. Still, the staff was rude, saying, “I can’t cancel or work on your order, there are a lot of orders ahead (10 minutes and no cars coming through the online pick-up drive-thru while I was there), call and cancel your order.” I called, and the system responded, “No cancellations are allowed once an order is placed because personnel are working on the order.” Yet no one was working on my order, but you can’t cancel because apparently the bot on the phone knows better than you that you're at the location and that nobody can work on your order. So, I was stuck waiting 50 minutes for an order that should have taken no more than 8 minutes to serve. The in-person and phone customer service was terrible; nobody could solve the issue, and they just wanted to make me waste my time, which I had to do or lose what I paid for. There are many better places than this with better customer service, and I definitely recommend you choose one of those instead of being mistreated here.

I used to frequent Chipotle often, like, every single night. About 4 years ago I completely stopped because the service and food had become so bad. I gave this location a shot twice even considering the bad reviews. It was decent! I thought, "yeah, let's get Chipotle tonight". Drive over to this store, and the signs say "Temporarily Closed". WHY? It's during business hours. I'm so sick of businesses that can't do the basics. -- I went to Jimmy John's
