This is like the worst chipotle you can go to... I wanted carne asada they were out and had no explanation. No like hey we'll give you a free drink or something but instead they just looked at me blank like sorry you can't have what you want to order. So I got regular steak. Super disappointed. It's the only reason why I came there. It's this is my neighborhood Chipotle and it always seems very disorganized. Very frustrating to say the least

This was my second visit at this location and I'll go back to Tower. Somehow my rewards wasn't scanned during the first visit and I had to request customer service add points from my reciept. I had to wait 5 min for the new asada which was fine. The manager ending up throwing out my rice and beans the woman started for my bowl, because duh it's just sitting exposed. I added my free drink to checkout and scanned. She was having issues at the register and I wanted to view my receipt to determine why it was higher than normal. So apparently there is a sperate QR code for the drink then you do the reward. I mentioned prior to checkout I have a free drink. She tells me that she's not supposed to inform a customer how to do it and something else smart. How is that helpful? I don't work here. Other locations and even Qdoba will say hey it's a seperate barcode scan and they tell you if it did not take your scan. I prefer to build up points to do my freebie meal later but this was an app incentive. I typically don't buy a drink and could've gave my reward to another customer who paid $3.00 for a tea bag. I got their watermelon lemonade with no ice and it was gross. I was already home when I tried the lemonade that had been sitting all day with no flavor. I see that I'm missing rewards again. The locations will inform if it did not take a scan, she doesn't need to be on the register. Although, I scanned my rewards it didn't take so here I am again re-submitting my receipt in the app.

I live nearby so it’s always easier to come to this one instead of the Northfield one, service is one of the worst I’ve encountered, they add little to no meat to everything and if you ask for more you will be made to pay extra.
