They also messed up my order because they couldn’t understand me in the burrito assembly line.

I went up and told two ladies (who were rude and gave off a cliquey vibe) my name for the order — and they said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later I go up and ask again if it was ready, and they proceed to give me a bag that was sitting there since I walked in. Totally get that mistakes happen but they never even checked the bags that were ready for pickup the first time I asked and when I called out that my order was the bag sitting there for 10+ minutes, they started giggling😭 very odd interaction and very poor service overall. Food almost always 10/10 though
