  The front line person waited more than 5 minutes to not greet us and after mishearing something I said to my friend threatened to call security on as and we felt so uncomfortable with the animosity and poor service we left hungry. Please, greet your customers as a bear minimum, and be kind.

  Avoid this location at all costs. Employees are rude. They have to much drama going on behind the counter to care about the customers orders. They gave me a half scoop of steak and when i asked for a full scoop they charged my for a double scoop. They were out of rice, queso, guac, just about everything. Almost returned the food and went to any other chipotle. If i could give this location negative stars I absolutely would.

  We’re not going to this chipotle again. We’ve been going to this location for a long time, and although it was good, today we were dissatisfied with our experience. A teen boy, who was serving our food, started throwing quiet f-bombs. His attitude toward me was not friendly in the slightest. He threw the toppings onto the tortilla angrily and started speaking to his employees AS I was ordering. I understand working isn’t a fun activity to be spending your evening, but you have to control your emotions when it comes to your customers. In addition, we ordered a plain cheese quesadilla, but they gave us extra sides—which they probably charged us with. When we went to pay, the guy had us slide our card in twice, claiming that it didn’t work the first time. Yet, they didn’t give us a receipt even though they normally do. Hm. Quite unprofessional.
