- SASeana AmesOct 19, 20255.0I love Chipotle! They make it easy for people with food sensitivities to eat there with their online and in store lists of ingredients and separated ingredients. They use rice bran oil to fry, which isnt perfect but is, miles better than soy for me! I struggle with histamine intolerance, which means that grains, gluten, dairy, nightshades (potatoes. Tomatoes, peppers and eggplant) and soy all make me feel awful within 15-20 minutes of eating them. Chipotle is my go to place to eat out in Colorado. I wish they would build one in Goodland, KS, where I live now.
