And this is not limited to the location in Northfield. They taste stale even though staff ensures they make them fresh every day. I like to use the chips to dip into my burrito bowl, but I think I'll forego their chips and buy my own for a bit.

Not only did they prioritize pla catering order that nobody was there to pick up, they didn't even unlock the doors until 15 minutes after advertised opening so people had wait in the cold. Not a well managed location.
