  GARBAGE. We went to eat there at 6pm On Sunday and the guy was scraping the bottom of container to try and make a full scoop. They are very stingy with their portions and ran out of multiple dressings. We wanted to dine in but they had no plastic forks. Save your money and go somewhere else. Very poorly run

  The most bizarre experience I’ve had at a fast casual restaurant. They switched out gloves multiples times for one order (most of the time when food wasn’t even touched) and no one had a station so people were walking around doing random things. It took 30 min to get our food. They probably used 50 pairs of gloves while we were waiting.

  We love cava and the staff were very kind and helpful, but with online orders and with the few people inside 3 staff members cannot run the entire store. They did everything they could to accommodate us and were happy to help but clearly the store is being run understaffed and they simply cannot meet such high demand with 3 people running the show. They were out of a lot due to a single person running the back kitchen and the two putting orders together were doing an insane amount of tasks to just try and meet demands.

  This employee was very rude when we came in , making us feel unwelcome although they were not closing for 2 hours. He proceeds to sit directly next to us to have his lunch, being very obnoxious and loud, cursing and complaining about work. Another customer came in and was waiting in the line , to which this man starts yelling across the restaurant for the other employee to come out . He then started yelling racist and derogatory remarks at him, while sitting next to a table of people of color. This is very disgusting , unacceptable behavior. We were made so uncomfortable to where we had to leave in the middle of our dinner. I am so sorry to the employee who served us because he was very nice and does not deserve to be spoken/treated this way in the workplace. Seeing there are other reviews about this individual clearly this is not a one time occurrence. Disgusting!!!

  Cava Always serves great food and gets great reviews. What makes this particular location very special are the people working there. Under the leadership of Jake, both Rama and Gary are performing a fantastic service by very attentive and kind manners. They serve the food with a smiling face and make everyone comfortable. They help with the orders, give good advice and show that they provide a very clean and needs service in a very meticulously clean workplace. So, not only the food is fantastic, but the people of Cava in this particular location, brings people like us again and again. They turn this place much different than any other fast food place, they provide a vey pleasant atmosphere where the food can be enjoyed comfortably. .
