Was my 1st time trying Cava. I'm absolutely in love. So yum! The food is fresh, and so tasty. Such a good change from the other fast casual places around. I LOVED their dill and garlic dressing both. Then the lemonades are fresh, house made and delicious! Blueberry lavender and Cucumber mint are so refreshing and not too sweet! I combined the 2 and let me tell you, Yum! This place is highly recommended! The harissa is also highly recommended.

Best Cava in Colorado! The bowls are always filled and service is so friendly. DO NOT go to the one in Castlerock make the 20 minute drive to get consistent good food. Thanks for always being so great :)

The bowls used to be one of the great deals I've found. But lately this location really isn't providing a great value. Portion sizes are dismal and don't go after 8pm because there are constantly out of many items. Plus they really need more up front staff. The 1 staff crushes it but could use some support. I will check out another location to see if it is chain wide or just here.

This location is supposed to be open until 10 pm but I walked in at 9 pm and the staff was breaking down the food prep station, sweeping floors, and had chairs flipped up on tables.
Most of the food bins were lifted out and being cleaned/covered and the guy sweeping is getting up close behind and in front of me with his sweeps. I have to wait for them to put the bins back and wash hands.
A delivery pickup order walks in and also has to wait. Then the staff returns from the back carrying the pickup order tickets that weren’t being worked because the they were getting the store ready to close a full hour before closing time.

Hands down the best Cava experience of my life. I had to order about 16 custom bowls today because DoorDash was down and this was for a very important business meeting. Evan and the woman at the counter were beyond patient, professional, and understanding of my situation and utter panic as a sales rep for this office I was providing lunch for. They got it all done in time and the office vocalized how delicious everything was. They deserve a raise/bonus 100%!!!!
