  This was my first visit to Cava and I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed it. We picked it because my friend is a vegetarian she had so many options to choose from, but I did too ( I love meat). The server was friendly and answered all my questions. I will be coming back.... Soon

  I was the first customer at the restaurant when it opened today. As I was getting my bowl made, I requested the dressing (skugh) to be added before the toppings—something I always ask for so my super greens actually get coated. I’ve never had an issue with this request before. However, the employee told me the dressing could only be added on top. The dressing wasn’t even bottled yet, and when I said I could wait, she still insisted that once it was bottled, it could only go on top and not between the layers. I’ve never heard of such a rule, and it honestly made no sense. I was also the only customer in the restaurant at the time, so I’m not sure what inconvenience it would have caused to simply accommodate the request as they’ve always done. I decided to leave. You can check my account and see that I come Canva at least four times a week. I’ll continue to go to Central Park location instead, where I’ve never had this issue.

  I love going to CAVA but this is one of the worst locations. The service is always slow and staff act like it’s an inconvenience to them to serve their customers. Anytime I do a Togo order it takes about 30 minutes, I do it so they start it and I don’t have to wait long but it’s faster to just put up with their attitude and go through the line.

  I really love Cava and their food but there’s always something up with this store. They’re either out of something, waiting for the meat to be cooked, long wait times for online orders, or sometimes even rude staff. It’s so unfortunate because i love the food but this store is kinda disorganized and disappointing.

  All I got to say is thank you so much for the generous donation you gave to the community that serves the homeless people I was there to enjoy the delicious food was very gracious of you but I got to say it is delicious there was so much selection I tried the bowl and a half a wrap they were both so flavorful the portion size is humongous we shared a wrap once again thank you so much I totally recommend Cava if you're wondering what it is what they serve everybody there didn't know the names of the dishes but its Mediterranean with blast of flavors! Folks there gave feedback on how delicious it all was!!
