I can’t emphasize enough how awful the staff is. It’s obvious they hate their jobs. Still will go to cava, just different locations.

We were ignored until almost 10 minutes after we walked in at 5 pm. The man who served us seemed comfortably numb and was friendly as a result, but absolutely no sense of urgency to move things along. Food was excellent, but the bad overall service and scowling demeanors left a bad aftertaste. We'll visit any other location before we come back to this one.
