This is absolutely not a reflection of the two staff members working tonight (Zach and a young woman) who were lovely and working as fast as possible. There is NEVER enough staff at this location and this is 100% the management’s fault. There is no possible way that this staff could keep up with the volume of online orders and in person orders. Management either needs to implement a policy of pausing online orders at a certain point or HIRE MORE PEOPLE. They are setting these poor staff members up to fail. Shame on you!

Zack & Keegan at the Colorado Blvd location are absolutely phenomenal! Even during a crazy rush, they were incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely patient. You can clearly see how hard they’re working, yet they never let the pressure affect their attitude or the quality of service.
