What’s even more concerning is that CAVA appears to have removed this location from Yelp, likely to escape the growing number of negative reviews. That’s an attempt to manipulate public perception rather than fix real problems. Hiding poor feedback doesn’t make the service better—it just makes the company look dishonest. If CAVA wants to maintain customer trust, it needs to properly staff its stores and face honest reviews instead of trying to erase them. Until that happens, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.
