  Come on, Cava!! I’ve tried ordering from this location several times and there’s no falafel! I’ve never experienced this at any of the other locations. Very disappointing!

  I just want to give a heartfelt thank you to Beyoncé for making my bowl absolutely perfect. I called the store before placing my UberEats order to check on topping availability, and she was so kind and helpful. I also mentioned that my order had been messed up in the past, and she assured me she’d keep an eye out for it. Not only did she follow through, but she made my bowl flawlessly and even included a thoughtful note apologizing for the previous experience. That level of care truly makes a lasting impression. It’s people like her who turn a simple order into something memorable. I genuinely felt so thought about with my 10pm Uber Eats order. 🥹

  Came in at 9 pm. Everything was being broken down. No smiles, just rush. Didn't get the drink I wanted because it was being broken down. Ended up getting a bottle, but she didn't ring it up and there we're people behind us so I went without. Tables we're dirty, even the one we ate at. $60 for 4 people. Won't be back

  Manager was loudly yelling at some of the younger girls working there. I’ve been a manager, I get it, but you need to talk to people away from customers and with respect. Dude seemed he was on a power trip while the actual workers busted their ass trying to make food around this guy. What a clown; made an otherwise pleasant experience kinda awkward.

  This was my first time visiting Cava, so I had a lot of questions before I ordered. Everyone there was super kind and patient while I figured it all out. I ended up ordering the Harissa Chicken Power Bowl. (**The website lists it for $19.99, but the in-store menu lists it as $16.25) Best decision ever! The bowl is huge-could easily be stretched into 2 meals, and any of the pre-selected ingredients can be swapped, deleted, or added to the bowl for free (except avocado-there's an upcharge). I swapped the lettuce out for 1/2 lentils and 1/2 brown rice, but kept all the toppings and sauces that it came with. *The sweet potatoes were fantastic! The chicken had a kick, but wasn't too spicy, and all of the sauces were delicious! I was there at 5:30pm on a Wednesday, and only 2 other people were there. If you like Chipotle-style build your own bowl, you should check out this great Mediterranean option.
