  Our experience was unfortunately very bad . We went around 7pm maybe 3tables in our area. Took awhile to get drinks and when we asked about bread was told that came when soup and salad was served ,not all were having salad or soup. We placed our order received our appetizers but our main course took at least an hour.All Our food was cold ,the treo my daughter ordered had apiece of chicken that was maybe 1/4 of half a breast and they forgot the sauce. I paid 110.00 for me and my daughter my other daughter paid 150.for her ,spouse and 2 kids 2 and 3. I have no problem paying for food but this was the worst experience. We eat at the Carrabas in arvada and have never had a bad experience. I tried calling but was left on hold for over 10 min. figured my call was not important! This was 2/20/2026.

  Stopped by Carrabba’s Grill and had such a great meal! The chicken was seriously so good — cooked perfectly, super tender, and packed with flavor. Definitely one of the best chicken dishes I’ve had in a while. Service was friendly and everything came out quick and fresh. Just a really solid spot for a nice, easy dinner, and it's right at the mall so you can grab a convenient bite after a day of shopping. I’ll be back for that chicken for sure!

  First visit: bread is dense and tasteless, ordered spaghetti and salad. The salad was fine. The spaghetti was tossed, I hate that! Leave some bare and I thought Marsala sauce seemed nice, but the waiter thought they made it wrong with 3 meatballs. Only grated cheese, I asked for cheese when I ordered, not mozzarella on top of spaghetti. He thought I was impossible and shouted at me! I ate a meatball that was good. Check please. I ordered spaghetti because I figured it’s hard to mess that up…really. The icing on this was the toilets don’t flush and out of paper towels. More mocking me on the way out the door. He didn’t charge me, I ate one meatball and my salad and struggled with the bread. I don’t want to return.

  The food was over salted and saturated to the point of swimming with sauce. The place was understaffed and unfriendly. A large party seated near us had to rearrange tables to accommodate everyone while the staff apologized that it was not ready but did nothing to help fix the problem. The two staff membwrs that walked by observed and offered no help either. The server was extremely impersonal. Once our server delivered the food he never came back to check on us. When he came to clear our plates he asked if we needed anything else. I asked for a refill on my water which he forgotb as he delivered the check. He didn't ask if we had a rewards number either before dropping off the check. The bathroom was dirty and floors of the restaurant were filled with crumbs and debris. Observed cleaning bottles and chemicals on a food service station with condiments and cups and plates. We love the Carrabba's restaurants but we have never had such an all around awful experience. It was our first time at this location and our last time.

  This looked the best from the list of Italian restaurants, and we were glad we chose it. We were served by Don, who was the employee of the month for a reason. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and recommended items according to our preferences. The food was miles above what we expected from a chain, especially the garden of olives. Their Alfredo sauce is authentic, not the watered down crap at the aforementioned garden. We'll be back!
