- TITasha IriarteFeb 19, 20261.0Workers are extremely rude cashier and the one making drinks (hat and shorter hair never smiles completely ignored me) I ordered a turtle mocha the photo shows caramel and toppings but they told me they are out of it. Didn’t check either. I asked can you at least put the Caramel it’s on the counter there. And cashier rudely says we don’t put it on if it’s busy can’t you see we are busy. I asked them repeatedly and they got mad that they had to do it and then the cashier made a smart comment “YOURE THE ONLY ONE WHO ASKS FOR IT WE NEVER PUT IT ON” but if you look and the menu it clearly states that is part of the drink. and I’m just like why do you advertise those toppings and then BE LAZY to put it on. Like what kind of service is that. Terrible service

It was mostly syrup, very little carbonated energy drink, and I had to throw it away because it began to make me sick. I haven’t ever experienced that, so I am hoping that it was just a bad day.
