It’s not usually stale, old, and gross — but here it is. And they didn’t even get the order right…. Caribou Coffee franchisees in other parts of the country should be angry that this is how people are being exposed to their coffee. It’s awful.

I then asked very nicely for a straw to which they said no, and I offered to pay for one to which they still said no. Also, the woman who is making all the drinks was picking her ears over and over in front of everybody and did not clean her hands once. Disgusting and rude experience.

I asked the register said in process I heard the people then say they didn't make it I asked for a refund. I didn't receive it on my app. It's one thing to be honest say we forgot and we will make it now or offer a refund. It's another to lie and then not give a refund after asking for one. Go to Starbucks. Update. After posting review I did receive a refund. Someone does read the reviews. The Caribou close to my house closed and there are not many around. Their hot chocolate is one of the best (whip cream mini chocolate chips) I have had to abandon orders at Boston Logan Starbucks and denver airport Starbucks so maybe it's a staffing issue at airports. Or there should be someone saying the current wait time so you know to order or not at the register.
