  NO receipt offered- When asked for one I was told I could take a picture of the screen. No napkins and was refused a straw with my iced drink. They had straws but said they only give those out with blended drinks. I had to go to the other coffee shop across the hall to pick up some napkins and a straw. I also ordered a large coffee and was given a medium -- when I asked about it she took it back and said she would put it in a large cup. really??? I would avoid this place until management gets their act together and keeps this place stocked. Pay attention to all the little hand written notes.

  Placed multiple drinks on counter at same time and then when grabbed the wrong one to exchange they blamed it on the customer, laughed, spoke about the customers and removed all coffee and just gave hot milk. Better off with Einsteins

  The service by the cashier was great but the guy making it was not enjoying his job and wouldn't give me any sweetener

  Great service great store great coffee give this place a 10 star review not 5 10 thank you for Clarice thank you Carlos and there is another young lady that works there thank you to her as well great customer service keep up the good work 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
