She cheated on me and I was left on the side of the road with my suitcase and laptop bag. Walked to Miriam’s seeking a cup of coffee, to charge my phone, and seek employment while staying with a friend so that I could get a part time job and purchase my plane ticket back home in California. The owner was so kind, and the barista, Tommy was amazingly empathetic. They heard my story and the owner made me a free meal and said, “here, I already tipped out my employees. Here is some money too. We have to help each other and I’m sorry that this situation happened to you.” Said he wishes he could offer me a job but couldn’t due to the slow season, so him and Tommy pointed me to places that would give me a job. This business, their food, and their genuine kindness are truly amazing, inspiring, and instill such a faith and empathy for people in me that leaves me having the deepest of faith in people. Thank you Touhami and Tommy. Deeply.

Plenty of seating space even a cozy upstairs section and a great patio. I have had the crepes, breakfast burrito, and breakfast sandwich and somehow they executed perfectly on all of them. They also have fabulous lattes. Genuinely couldn’t recommend more. The staff who work here are so on top of it and kind and welcoming.

The crepes are perfect if you're looking for a fresh bite but don't want to be weighed down by a traditional American breakfast. The owner was there and is so sweet. We're not from Denver but I'd make sure to make it a stop on my next trip.
