Doesn't really bother me though, it's convenient and the drivers are always polite. People need to understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond their control. Short on driver's (people do get sick) maybe a car accident, traffic, flat tire etc. I live much closer to Argonaut but still choose Bonnie Brae for my deliveries.

Looking for authentic Colorado craft beer? They’ve got the best of the best. Add in a great rewards program and fair prices, and you’ll understand why locals swear by this place. And yes, they deliver. I see their cars all over town. The team clearly works hard to keep Denver well-stocked and happy. I’ve ordered from their website several times, and they always call if something’s out of stock with smart replacement suggestions. The drivers are friendly, punctual, and professional, exactly what you want in a local delivery team. To top it off, rumor has it a few of Denver’s pro athletes shop here too, you might just bump into an Avalanche player while grabbing a six-pack. Forget the big chain stores, Bonnie Brae Liquor is Denver’s go-to. Friendly faces, top-notch selection, great prices, and service that feels personal every time. Lifetime customer right here.

When calling the store to discuss the issue I was told tips are required / expected for a delivery that took longer than advertised. I usually tip service providers in CASH and was told I was wrong for not tipping via the app /the store. I don’t recommend this store as the employees are entitled and not respectful when handling paid items… this is a great store but it didn’t make me feel great to receive that. Pay your employees what they are worth instead of expecting a tip ! You never know what you may receive when you deliver a good service beyond delivering a paid product!
