  First time trying this place and it was honestly amazing. I was tired of the normal main stream pizza places and tried big daddys and needless to say this will now be my go to for pizza

  1.) They accept cash on deliveries 2.) The person I ordered with over the phone was super sweet and the delivery driver was super sweet. 3.) Really good pizza and wings Bonus: honestly fairly priced

  I've had good experiences here, I've also had plenty of times where nothing is ready and there's zero explanation. It could be their ordering system... When stuff is ready, it's good pizza and their wings are pretty good. The owner is very friendly and the prices are really reasonable. The restaurant is clean.

  Terrible service. Employees are always rude when you go in. Takes forever for them to complete an order. If they give you an estimated wait time it's not accurate in the least. On top of that and worst of all, the pizza is not good especially for the price. So if you like terrible rude customer service and bland tasteless over priced pizza this place is for you. If that doesnt sound good get your pizza elsewhere. You'll regret this place. Update: Here's the response they left "Thank you for your review. We are a family owned and operated shop so yes it gets a bit busy, this because we have amazing pizza and a ton of regular customers. You must be mistaken or have the wrong Big Daddys as far as our customer service though as you can see from almost every other review on here" Not only is it poorly written by the "owner" but its a sad excuse they keep using. Look at all the other terrible reviews, which are numerous, and you'll see the same excuse that they're understaffed. Surprise youre a pizza place, of course you get busy at certain times on certain days! 🤯 They act like they're the only place that gets busy. News flash geniuses every restuarant out there gets busy. It's just the way the rush is handled that makes or breaks a company. It breaks this one. As the owner why dont hire more people. Maybe even competent people. They won't because this is a pathetic excuse. Believe me I have the correct BEAR VALLEY location. Do not give this company your business as they do not deserve it in the least. If they haven't screwed you yet believe me they will and they will try and twist it so it looks like its your fault

  Ordered on Halloween and yes it was busy and having to wait a little would have been completely understandable but we ended up standing there for just shy of an hour waiting for our order placed about 20 minutes before that (which is less time then what my order said for it to be ready for pick up). It honestly appeared that they lost our order and never told us, instead just kept saying it would be a few more minutes. After waiting 35-40 minutes they asked for clarification on our topping and only just started on the pizzas. There was no communication with the staff except to ask us who's order we were waiting for and then they would tell us it would just be a few more minutes. When we placed our order the receipt said only ten minutes between placing the order and estimated pick up tine. We knew on Halloween that seemed quick and knew it would take at least a little longer but that is something that should be addressed by the business if it isn't accurate. I understand being swamped but when we waited almost 40 minutes and only then did our pizzas even start getting made some community from the staff would have been appreciated because sometimes things just happen and we would have understood. Never once to they just tell us how slow things or that our order has gotten lost or missed or even try to communicate with us at all but 40 minutes not just a few more minutes and then we tried to talk to someone we were treated like it was all on us after they watched us stand there for so long with just being honest. When we finally got the order and I tried to ask what happened and I was treated like I had no right to ask after standing there calmly waiting for so long and was told quality takes time accept it. The worst part was when we finally got home one of the pizzas wasn't even cooked all the way (since they rushed to get it done after so much time) so it was completely inedible. I had really enjoyed the different pizza before but this experience was really disappointing especially since staff wouldn't talk to me 😕
