Our 2026 goal was to try Korean food around the city. And, BaekGa was fantastic. As an app, we had tuna Kimbap. I thought it lacked flavor, but my mom like it. I wouldn’t order again. For our mains, I had bowl Dak-Galbi and the chicken was tender but the dish was SPICY. Next time I’d get an egg to tamper the heat. But it was still tasty. My mom noodle Jayuk and she had the winning dish. It was delish. Finally, they gave us three mini sides of Jangajji pickled cucumbers, cucumber, kimchi, and kimchi, and all three were delicious. I normally don’t love kimchi, but I usually have it out of a jar. This was clearly homemade and fresh, and it was delicious. It gave me a new perspective of what good kimchi taste like. Note: portions are huge, so if only two ppl, consider sharing.
Only downside, is you leave smelling like a a Korean flattop grill, but overall, fantastic and delicious food, great and attentive service and cozy atmosphere.
Highly recommend reservations bc this is a small restaurant, every seat was full the entire time we were there and I could see long wait time or being turned away.

Everything was amazing. My husband and I ate everything, even though we probably shouldn’t have… there was hardly any wait on the food either. In and out of the restaurant in less than an hour.
If you’re looking for a Korean restaurant stop it’s here. This is a classy, quiet, clean friendly wonderful tasting restaurant. The server is just wonderful and the food is just as good. We’ll go back over and over again.
A delicious restaurant located in a cute little area of Lowry. I've never been to this area before and was pleasantly surprised at all the cute shops! The restaurant itself is clean and has two entrances, one which leads to the main streets of the shopping street, and the other leads to the back where the parking lot is. The menu has a nice variety of dishes that you can order individually, or you can order their "mains" which are definitely enough to share for two. We got the LA kalbi main set, plus a scallion pancake, and it was more than enough for the two of us. The LA Kalbi was amazing, the meat was super tender, perfectly marinated, and came out on a steaming cast iron. The kalbi ribs sat on a bed of caramelized onions and the meal came with a nice variety of banchan as well as rice. The nice thing about this place is that sometimes when I get banchan, I only eat a few items and leave the rest, which feels like a pretty big waste of food. The banchan here are more selective but still varied, but more than enough for two people to split and feel satisfied. I think total our meal with tax and tip only ended up being around $45-ish per person, which is more than reasonable in my opinion. The waiter was super kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I really loved the interior decor and overall vibe of the restaurant. I'm definitely super happy with my experience here and definitely plan to come back!
