Horrible food, and didn’t even get my correct food. Sandwich was chopped up like a knife had slipped multiple times over it. No sauce.

The shift manager cannot reason and has no customer service skills. We ordered two Doubles, one with cheddar cheese and one regular. Then an additional rb classic meal. They gave us two classics with cheddar and a classic regular. She acted like it was my fault and said she wouldn't correct it but only fix one sandwich. I had my receipt. I asked her for the money they owe me since we didn't get the doubles. She refused. So they literally took money from me in other words. She was rude and disrespectful and I as the customer should have gotten what I had ordered. I wasn't asking for any extras. Just respect and courtesy.
