Sitting next to the glass tank was a nice touch for the kids in our group to enjoy and be wow'd during dinner service. They had alligator bites that came with their appetizer sampler plate which I thought was interesting. Wasn't something I would crave or go out of my way to get, but while I was there and had the opportunity available - it wasnt a bad "try". The service was great, even though the place was packed for Christmas.

We had a big party and booked a reservation in advance but still had to wait about 30 minutes and our food took a bit to come out, but the overall experience was great! The mermaids are great and the fish are cool to watch. It helps that the food is delicious! I highly recommend the shark cake.

And the hostess sat us in the water room area right up near the glass! Great view of the fish! The food is ok, some vegetarian options would be great and the fries could be better but all and all it’s a great experience.

The kids meals were also good, the chicken sandwich was ok and the food took some time to come, but Natalie checked in on us, brought drinks quickly and brought bread to tide us over. Our seat by the fish tank kept our children enthralled the whole meal. Kids menus were actually really good too, for coloring on and good options to order. Each meal came with a little unexpected fruit and on a fun fishy plate. Our out-of-town guests loved it.
