Such a great experience!! The manager, Mel, helped me out and chatted me up while I waited for my drink. She helped me figure out what I liked!! Big props to her and her crew. My drink was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back!! Only waited less than 3 minutes!! Loved it.

The employees and the ladies who made and gave me my drink were amazing! But as a company you need to get ahold of your managers and the way they treat their employees. The drink was amazing but I will never return or give another dime to this location after watching how the managers talk and treat their employees 🤷‍♀️ I’ve worked in fast food and as a barista at Ziggi’s before and my managers always helped during rushes and what not, not walking around micro managing. Also was told tips are collected by the supervisors and tips are withheld from employees if they’re late. If that’s true I am for sure informing all my friends and family to never give this company a dime. Really horrible if my hard earned money i wanted to give that girl went to some lazy manager. Also i get the cool music you’re trying to be like dutch bros but it was so so so insanely loud me and the barista were basically screaming, Im 22 and it was worse than trying to talk to ur friend at a concert!
