After finally ordering, the drinks also took a long time to be made. They were super friendly, but when there’s a line backed up, service should be more efficient.

When I pulled up the girl had her back facing me, talking to another girl- both complaining about a coworker. “She never does her work, I took a picture of how messy she left everything” etc The girl finally turned toward me seeming annoyed she had to help a customer. Crummy service- total bummer. You guys must improve your guest services to keep customers coming back! I’ll wait a while before trying again.. hoping customer service improves. Great coffee though! I tried the oat milk snickerdoodle. Yum!!
