  First and last time at El Pollo Loco. The chicken was dry, the salads had no flavor at all, and honestly none of the food was flavorful. Even the lemonade tasted like chemicals. The only decent part was the tortillas. Definitely not coming back.

  I work nearby and have eaten here a few times over the last couple of years. It's good food, the staff is friendly, their service is quick and the place is clean. Can't really ask for much more.

  Greg at this Pollo Loco made our experience so fun! He was goofing around at the drive through and actually made our fast food experience worth it ! The food was great, chicken was fresh and the rice and beans were amazing.
