  I was initially skeptical when they replaced my beloved Brueggers at this address, but this place has won me over. I live on the block and come by when I'm walking my good boy and man. They take great care of me. Food is great, service is spectacular. Folks are really nice. This place has unexpectedly turned into the highlight of my day several times during finals week. Thanks, lovely folks!

  I recently ordered from this place, noticed there was no one at the register even though there were many people 2 people making Bagels, 1 making coffees, and another guy roaming around. Later while trying to pick my order, they hadn’t mentioned whose order it is, they are just placing the order on the other side of the table with no name written on the bag nor there is no order receipt placed under the bag which gives no clarity on whose order it is. May be they are still learning as the store opened recently or may be thats how they work don’t know. Never faced such issues at any other franchise. They dont answer much even when asked, they just murmur and roll their eyes.
