I ordered bagles and coffee online for the office party and got $10 off a bakers dozen with two tubs of cream cheese for ordering on the app. I was in and out for pick up faster than it took to park my car. A big thanks to the team at EInstein Bros on Colorado Blvd and Yale!!! PS the french toast bagel was well worth the up-charge!! 😋
- SLScott LeistikoMar 16, 20261.0Don't go to this location, try another, inconsistent and terrible service. I used to go here once a week, but recently the food and service have completely tanked. I ordered an egg bagel sandwich on the app at 10:07am, picked it up at 10:30am, and took a bite at 10:35am. The bagel was so stale/hard I couldn't eat it. I drove 15 minutes to bring it back and show the manager it was inedible. He scoffed and said it was just "over toasted" (wrong, it was stale), and he reluctantly remade the sandwich. That should have been the end, but then the manager walks out to the parking lot as I'm leaving, tells me to roll down my window, and shows me my order was placed at 10:07am, and it is now 10:55am, so my order was "an hour old, that's why it was stale" so it's my fault. I wouldn't have even bothered with a review if the manager hadn't tracked me down to argue with me, which was wild. I have eaten at this location over 20 times, I know what a 30 minute old and 60 minute old bagel tastes like, and will not be coming back.
