I visited EDGE to celebrate my birthday. From the hostess stand to my table, I was treated extremely well, and I felt welcomed. Cristian was my server. When I asked about menu items and suggestions, I was provided amazing suggestions. The seared tuna literally melted in my mouth.
If you can, I would definitely skip the Denver location. We waited over hour for our food that clearly sat in the window. We ordered our steak medium and it came out well done. All of the food was luke warm at best. But most importantly we split the bill which equaled 167 each, but they decided to charge my card the entire amount which was an extra 167 as well as charge my daughters card. I called a week later after noticing and they gave my money back, but what if I didn't call? How did there books even out at closing. Very shady and I am sure I am not the only one they have done this too. Just a fake apology and an offer to buy us a drink if we came in again. Yikes. No thanks. Below is a photo of a piece of (medium) steak for 190 dollars. Again, buyer beware.

One would think that a place like the Four Seasons would open the satellite bar when they're told 150 folks are heading there for a celebration. Poor form, and a reminder why i haven't thrown a large gathering at their bar in quite some time.
We booked a dinner for three on the fly, were promptly seated, and treated with excellent service and food. This restaurant and the service far exceeded our expectations. The warm bread and butter, CO wagyu steak, mushroom side, and sticky toffee dessert were all superb. A special standout was the bison tartar, which I could have eaten many plates of. Also, I very much appreciated the salt level on all of the items, especially the steak. Perfectly seasoned. The servers also asked questions about what we may like and made great recommendations on food and drinks based on them. We will be back.
Service was good and attentive. Our server gave us a helpful heads-up that the sides were shareable, which we appreciated. The cod had a bit too much going on flavor-wise, but it was well cooked and still tasty. The hanger steak was buttery and tender. The sides could have been better we ordered the asparagus and French fries, and they were fine but nothing memorable. Overall, the restaurant has a nice ambiance with good food and solid service.
