  Man I waited an hour and a half to write this review as that's how long it took to get my order. My house is about 5 mins from this store, I ordered delivery thinking, "man now I can eat and get some work done!" However I was unaware that this store actually grows their own tomato's, churns their own cheese, and slaughters their own livestock. Now I have no way to verify those claims, but with how long it took to get my freaking order, that is the only logical explanation. Before you say "duhhhh you should have just picked it up." Well Einstein I tried, and I called and they kept telling me it would be on the way soon. I honestly am starting to think the current war in Iran started because of this store. Again I can't verify, but the theory grows stronger everyday. Thank you for ruining my night, I am going to relapse..... Fantastic cheesy bread though, highly recommend.

  Great deal right now for any topping medium pizza carry out or delivery. Aside from that, order from somewhere else. The pizza’s were hot When the arrived but were soggy. I was also missing the order or garlic knots. When trying to get a refund for the missing item, the website only offers you future options for a discount. I just wanted my money back. So, I tried to call the store only to be put on hold and then given a run around.

  Honestly the worst customer service I never seen or dealt with as a district manager. First off, I order my pizza asked for delivery and put in my address. 50 min goes by and it was marked as delivered. Check and never got my food. Elissa At the time said the driver sometimes marks the order as receives even tho they are making multiple runs ( I get it) waited another 15 min. Nothing, so I called again and the driver answers the phone and say he delivered it. And it was to the wrong address. He admitted fault and said “that’s on us( the company and him) and I’ll go back and have them make your pizza again”. Ok waited another 1+ hour plus and never got the pizza. So then I called back and was told that the driver left and the order never went through. Then Elissa get on the phone and was absolutely rude. Like I was in fault for there errors. I asked if I can get my money back and have 2 pizzas for me to pick up. Elissa Respond “we are too busy to remake your order. Either we make the order which will take another 2 hours or we’ll refund you”. Mind you I never was rude in any way. All I explain was my wife was pregnant and we have guest over that’s been waiting to have something to eat. I’m not asking for a whole order just enough to eat something since it 2 hours plus at this point. I’m in the customer service Industry and NEVER came across Elissa disrespectful demeanor or attitude for an error that happen with her associate. Elissa actions is highly unacceptable and is in need of some discipline action or PIP. Again I’m been and still am in the customer service world so I’m always understanding and kind but this was absolutely uncalled for. I would like to speak to the owner of this location and have this situation resolved.

  Ordered pizzas at 6pm. At 730PM I called to check on them and waited on hold for about five minutes before someone picked up. Once they picked up, I provided my order details, they put me on hold, and came back asking if I was someone else entirely. Once I reiterated I was placed on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Tried calling back but didn’t get through to a human. Called from a different phone number, a different lady picked up - told me there was a computer malfunction and our orders were mysteriously set to carry out and that is why they were not delivered. No ownership, no accountability, and not acceptable service. 0/10 would not recommend.
