  Oh My Gosh....superbly Tasty compared to canadian Dominos...guy was over the phone was awesome...very kind..very patience...sorry my husband forgot to give tips to the driver....i highly recommanded this store... Sorry guys from my husband.

  Horrible hospitality spoke on the phone with a manager named Joseph very rude sounded like he did not care about what I was telling him one of the team member literally said we had to sit almost 2 hours to get our pizza horrible horrible people!!! Unacceptable

  Today I called my Dominos to let them politely know my expectation for my pizza something I do at every Dominos that I become a regular at until they know how I like it. Cause I’m a REGULAR. So I’ve been ordering this pizza for years and since I’m new to Denver, I I wanted to get my favorite pizza. It’s just simple barbecue pan sausage cheese. My problem with this pizza is that sauce is not spread evenly sometimes a squeeze bottle is used, etc. this specific pizza that you see here is a perfect representation of where I don’t like to spend money on. That was two weeks ago. Now prior to that disappointment the 4 pizzas I received were phenominallly ❤️perfect. When I called them before hand I always say. “Can I have the sauce spread evenly throughout the pizza . Like lava but not soup My exact words. Earlier this week I ordered again called like usual. I get the pizza and had so much sauce I used paper towels to soak up the extra sauce Today: before ordering I wanted to call again. This should be normal by now since I’ve lived since November and order this almost every day , but I just wanted to take an extra precaution. the girl who answered the phone. I’ve only ever talked to her one other time. by the that I started talking, she cuts me off and says “You keep calling and saying you want extra sauce on your pizza…”and literally starts arguing at me with nothing but attitude. i used to be a Dominos insider. I can show you my pictures of me in my uniform. I know exactly how it’s supposed to be made and when I referenced to the cheesing process, which it gets an extra cheese, which technically actually you’re putting a layer of cheese before the toppings and another layer after, to me that is extra, but she didn’t wanna listen to that. She just jumped down my throat corrected me and said “i would know that if I really was an insider” and repeatedly tell me that I myself asked for extra sauce! I hate extra sauce. It hurts my teeth. It doesn’t go well with my stomach. It’s very acidic. and then the whole pizza and box is just dripping and I don’t like that. I would never say extra.. “ I always say I need enough sauce spread evenly throughout” from the crust to the center. I wanna taste bbq in every bite It was so disrespectful of her to say extremely disrespectful. I just don’t wanna order from this place anymore now. I was met with extreme hostility and an argumentative tone because just I wanted to be sure I would get the same perfect quality I receive when I’ve called them in prior days. I wasn’t coming at her rude or upset at all. I just called to to let you know that I’m ordering my pizza so you don’t rush through it and then it comes out not how I like.. The last two pizzas were doused in in sauce probably thinking that’s what I wanted when. Fine that’s an easy mistake trying to please the guest. I get it. But she had the audacity to put words in my own mouth. If I wanted extra I would’ve ordered it. I had to hang up the phone cause she was so irate Below is the video bad pizza with what their calling normal amounts of sauce The picture is how it’s supposed to look with the proper amount of sauce and the proper spreading of sauce. I’ve ordered the pizza 2-3 times a day sometimes. It’s my #1 comfort food I love I know exactly how it’s supposed to be I don’t have a picture of the “Extra sauce. She taught I wanted tho” I’m extremely upset and my nights ruined 😠

  Don't waste your money here; they don't care about their customers. If they keep going like this, that restaurant is going to go under. The employees spend their time goofing off and are constantly burning the food. I’ve kept going back in the hope that they would improve, but it seems that with every visit, they care even less about the customer. I’ve also noticed that they use the same gloves for everything without ever changing them; they really need a lesson in hygiene—and in how to prepare mac and cheese, since they can't even get that right; it’s always burnt. And as for the pizzas, they don't put enough toppings on them—even when you pay extra for them.
