We were really excited to go to Dave and busters as a fun date night out. Unfortunately, we were throughly disappointed in the experience. I have gone to this location for 6 years and have brought many friends along but will not be eager to return due to our throughly disappointing experience at the restaurant and extremely poor service. My wife and I (a lesbian couple) were ignored for literally an hour before getting service; we first sat at a booth where a server cleaned the already clean table we were at and didn’t say a word to us, we patiently waited 20 minutes at that booth before deciding that maybe we would get service at the bar. We then sat at a table where we were ignored, even after my wife made eye contact with a sever who just walked past, while other couples who came after us were served and staff walked right past us. We waited at that table another half hour, watching serval straight couples get at least drinks while we felt invisible, before moving to the bar counter directly in front of 3 bartenders/servers. They looked right through us for another long while before the server finally got us our drinks then proceeded to ignore us for several more minutes before taking our order. I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun because I have celiac disease. Gluten free buns are on the menu, it shouldn’t be a big deal to order something off the menu. However, it was apparently a major inconvenience escude we waited a very long tone for our food to come out and staff seemed annoyed at the extra steps. The couple next to us complained to management about waiting for their food, despite being there at least an hour less than us, and were comped their entire meal and apologized to profusely. The woman in the couple even acknowledged to the manager that we were there so much longer and got even worse service than she got. The manager did nothing for us despite having this info until we found him after our meal ($95 plus tip) and told him the situation. His solution? A dessert which obviously I can’t have with celiac disease or ticket to go play games. We accepted the tickets assuming they’d be a fair comp worth our hours wasted, poor food, and terrible service but instead he gave us only enough tickets to play a handful of games and not until after he made us wait even longer to get us our como. It felt extremely unfair that the couple who was there less time got a free meal and we got less than $25 worth of tickets for a longer wait. I don’t understand why so many straight couples got so much better service than we did. I will be telling my LGBTQ friends not to come to this location because it is obviously unwelcoming to queer couples and will not treat us fairly compared to straight couples. I feel that we wasted nearly $200 between food, tip, and ganes (because the comped tickets were barely anything and we had to purchase more) tonight just to come home feeling upset and sad that we were basically invisible.

First time into Dave & Busters, wanted to try their food and turns out to be quite good. Our waitress Shaina was above and beyond. The manager stopped by to check on our experience and Tenaya was also amazing. The games are fun and the human crane was out of this world. Would love to come back again.

I came in earlier today with my family, was welcome with friendliness by front fest staff and had a seat to get some food. Our sever Shania was an amazing waitress and explain all the game cards. The food came out moderately quick and was cooked the way we wanted. Overall great place, my family and I will be back again.

The last two times I've gone here I have gotten unbelievably sick. I don't know if it's the food or if it's the complete lack of cleaning, this last time we went in the tables were full of dishes. There was no cleaning there was not even an attempt To make it look clean, so no wonder me and my friend got sick, This place is terrible. The service was terrible. We got there at 9 o'clock and didn't even start playing the games until 11 because of how long the food service took our entrées came out at different times just overall terrible. Do NOT go to this place.
