  Normally this location gives decency fast service for pickup orders. Not this time. I had to wait over 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time before finally receiving my food. The only decent part of this visit was the employee offering me a drink for my troubles. The kitchen needs to get it together. Oh, and even after the wait my order was missing items

  Chipotle was really good! The service was fine, the food was excellent, and everything tasted fresh. I also liked the atmosphere because even though it’s a chain, it still has a unique and distinguished vibe. Overall, it was a really nice experience!

  I had a very traumatic experience at the Chipotle on Tower Rd in Aurora on July 17, 2025. After receiving an incorrect online order, I came in person to this location for a refund, but the manager acted in an argumentative and confrontational manner, his prioritizing being ‘right’ overrode any sense of customer service—he refused to even look at my incorrect order receipt and denied a legitimate refund. The manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism, turning a simple refund request on my incorrect order into a hostile interaction. During the interaction, an uninvolved customer abruptly inserted herself into the situation, began aggressively cursing at me, and then after I told her to stop cursing at me, she physically assaulted me, assault was nearly a minute long. The manager’s refund refusal, to de-escalate and his antagonistic behavior played a major role in provoking the environment that led to this incident. The inept manager, also did nothing to intervene or call for help—an employee behind he counter had to contact the police. I was seriously injured, a broken nose, and was not refunded by this arrogant and dismissive manager or any meaningful follow-up from this location. To make matters worse, the manager later provided false information to the police about what happened, further compounding an already traumatic situation. This was an unsafe and deeply unprofessional experience, and anyone considering this location to go elsewhere. This location should be shut down for negligence, as management failed to handle a simple refund, ignored safety when I was assaulted, and endangered customers.

  The servers were extremely fast and worked very well together. I had a large order and the other servers took customers around me while I ordered. They didn't skip a beat. The checkout person set aside my order so it wouldn't get mixed up. They missed nothing in my order despite a long line and chaotic atmosphere. Wonderful food and wonderful service!

  You have to wait up then like hours to get your food is ready sometimes if they don't have a customer and they're telling you to wait wait wait wait wait wait wait the weather there selling the food the test is very bad it's not clean the area the store and it's very onclean like there's a lot of trash in that area don't ever go to the store again if you go one time.
