  Never put in a large online order and expect it to be on time. Over an hour late for the online order we did well in advance. It's not the staff's fault. It's the Chipotle website that lets them get overwhelmed and they only had one person trying to make dozens of orders.

  Since I’m from Los Angeles and was only in town for a few days, I wanted to make a point of visiting the original Chipotle location. It was my first time dining here, and it felt special knowing the history behind it. We arrived around 6:30 p.m., and it was not too busy at first. My burrito was prepared to my satisfaction, and I was happy to see this location seemed more generous with the portions than others I’ve visited. My wife really enjoyed her chicken bowl as well. The outdoor seating was the highlight. With the mountains on the horizon and the sun setting, it made for a beautiful evening. The building is compact, but that adds to its character, and sitting outside is definitely the way to go when the weather allows. I also found it a little amusing and unexpected that it is right next to a Star Buds dispensary. As the evening went on, the place got busier, but the staff kept the line moving quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a memorable visit, and I’m glad I had the chance to experience the original Chipotle.

  Unlike other Chipotles (looking at you Silverthorne, CO) this location had normal portion sizes. Service was good
