  Worst customer service ever. From the guy preparing my food to the guy at the cash register. Worst customer service experience ever. Got steak and chicken extra did not get extra of either was charged for extra ask for queso poured on as it fell over my bowl that was full of rice and beans more than meat. There was no lettuce like I requested, added too much sour cream and guac couldn’t do anything about it. Never going back to this location.

  This is the worse Chipotle I’ve ever been to, they don’t know how to cook rice and always have long line. Go to the others in the area

  Easily the worst chipotle experience to date. First off, ordered online and it said it was ready so I walked over just to encounter around 20 people waiting for their orders. I saw them slap on a disgusting amount of sour cream onto a bowl. I thought wow, whoever’s bowl that is looks nasty. 10 minutes later I got my food and walked out. I did not stay to inspect my meal but when I got home I realized I got the sour cream bowl! I had ordered a burrito. On top of that there was almost no meat and the rice was crunchy from being undercooked. Apparently I was “not eligible for a refund”. Undercooked, inedible and overall horrible experience. Over-priced as well even if it wasn’t ruined. Honestly will probably never order chipotle again.

  They offered edible items in exchange for currency. The items are pleasant, both in terms of the sensation on my oral chemoreceptors and their ability to nourish my human body. If you are a human seeking pleasant food, this is a good place to acquire it.

  I came almost an hour and a half before closing and they said they were out of the pico de gallo and the onion/pepper mix. I said I'll wait for them to make more and they said they're not making anymore tonight. The only reason I come is for the peppers and pico and the food is kinda bland without it. Almost left, but they had started my order already so I didn't want to tell them to throw it away. Very disappointing. At other locations they make more if you say you'll wait. Also, the people were so preoccupied, they didn't even look at me or ask what I wanted for a good 7 minutes even though I was standing right at the counter.
