  Watched a worker make someone's food using his gloved hands to add cheese and lettuce then roll it. Then used the same gloves to ring the computer touching a card they use I watched someone else touch without gloves. Pull out apple juice from the fridge, give them a receipt. Go right back to rolling the next persons item and using his hands to touch their food. He then took a card from a woman's purse at checkout to enter the numbers and right back using the same gloves to making someone else's items. Multiple times touching his hat and face with them. This is extremely unsanitary and against health codes. He should be changing his gloves anytime he is touching something that isn't on the line and/or someone's food.

  It's chipotle. Good, except like every other restaurant the service is obviously lacking. Of Course they did not have any chicken or rice. There is nothing worse than doing manual labor all day, craving something, then showing up and they don't have what you want. Completely stupid.

  Visited here on 3/11/26 at approximately 5:55pm. Ordered 3 bowls, a large chip and one drink which came to around $44. After taking our overpriced food into the dining room, I noticed all the open tables were covered in trash and food from previous customers. I mentioned there were no clean tables to one of the workers and he said "I guess people are hungry". We proceeded to clean the table ourselves and then ate our overpriced subpar food. The entire time we ate, no workers came out to clean any tables. The workers did have time to joke around and share things on their cell phones with each other. Check your cameras. I would recommend visiting Tacos Selene at Bowles & Kipling for a better meal at half the price, with workers that are polite and actually maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.

  This is my go-to chipotle and I’ve had several great experiences here, mostly the staff being really kind and just great service all around. When we went tonight (March 5) the team was so fast and very friendly. The manager Alex is super rad. Just wanted to shout-out this location and say thanks. Small kindnesses matter and they made my day. 🤗
