- RMRachel Medlock4 days ago2.0They almost always miss items or get them wrong when ordering through the app for delivery. The frustrating part is that you can’t get ahold of anyone to fix their mistake or replace items. I wish they paid more attention to their online orders and packed them correctly. It is very frustrating to pay for a wrong order and never get it fixed.
- JJJK.Reviews4 days ago1.0Might be one of the worst Chipotle’s in Denver. When you arrive, you will wait at least 10 to 15 minutes standing there. Has happened multiple times in a row. They are almost always out of significant amounts of ingredients. Any staff that is not management is unfriendly and unprofessional. Truly a huge fall off from the quality Chipotle used to have.

I ordered two bowls that had different ingredient requests in each, and she kept switching back and forth as they were being assembled, which caused both bowls to be incorrect in the end. The counter was an absolute mess, it took forever. I won't be returning to this location.
