  They charged me $17.71 for a chicken burrito. I looked at the receipt and I seen i the charged me $3 extra for a side of queso which I did not order. I ordered a side of cilantro lime sauce. I gor charged for both smh

  I’ve been to this Chipotle Mexican Grill multiple times, and the portions are consistently disappointing. There’s a woman who seems like the manager who is often rude and very stingy with servings, especially during busy hours. I paid $18 for a bowl with add-ons and still left unsatisfied. Normally, I can’t even finish a bowl and save the rest for later, but here the portions are so small that it’s not even filling. Paying extra for things like chicken or guacamole just doesn’t feel worth it at this location. If you want better portions and a better experience, I’d honestly recommend going to the Chipotle Mexican Grill instead.

  I got to this location ten minutes before closing. I was pleased to see that they had not started putting the food away. They were actualt waiting until they actually closed (shock and awe) I appreciate this very much. Many other quick restaurants stop making food and have nothing left an hour before closing. The young lady that helped me (I believe her name is Abby) was very kind , and greeted me with a smile . She did an AWESOME job making my burrito bowl. She didn't skimp on the ingredients at all. The place was spotless as well. It was like I stepped back in time and had an old school, REAL CHIPOTLE experience. As a native , I can't tell you how much I appreciate her customer service. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!! 😊🙌🙌👍👍

  I just went to pick up and order that placed through the app for a 1:40 pick up time. I walk in and the cashier says, “Can I help you?” And I told her I was picking up an order I placed online. She says, “I only have two orders (points to the people who she has orders for)” and then proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t have it. That she doesn’t know what to do about it. The whole time with the rudest attitude. I told her I placed the order and I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Eventually she DID find my order. What a terrible experience. Never come back to this location again. Maybe if you don’t like talking to people or being in customer secure in general then just find a new job. Chipotle should be embarrassed to have someone like this working for them.

  **This is only pertaining to the online order person: I ordered two burrito bowls and one burrito. They didnt have the order done by the estimated time, and while I was waiting at the counter, they served about 25 people. It took them 25 minutes after when the food waa supposed to be ready to bring the order to the front, and it was incorrect. They gave me all burrito bowls, no burrito, and when we finally got home to open the bowls, they were woefully empty. The manager in front was helpful, and even gave me a free drink and chips for the wait. The front worked like clockwork. But whoever was manning the online order station was joking around with coworkers, and not working on putting anything together for at least 5 minutes after the food was late. I was trying to use the online system to make it easy on the employees, and not order multiple meals at the front, but I'll never use the online system again.
