  They were cash only for the night. They only had a piece of paper on one door, I came in the other. The worker was rude about the cash only and then they were out of steak as well. Very slow to get through the line as well

  I dreaded this day. Chipotle raised prices again, bummer but I get it, everyone else is doing it. But the quality has continued to slide over the years and today's meal finally puts the nail into the coffin. The meal was just not very good, no where near the old quality control of Chipotlee. It was very obvious that the server was very carefully limiting the meat and salsa, to stingy levels. No, overloading with rice won't go unnoticed. Sad sad day

  Someone needs to educate whoever does the ordering or sets the par levels for the day here. Most often in the evening, they are out of many items. We're talking 5:30p-7:30p. We have been there 3 times in the last 3-4 months attempting to get dinner and they are out of basic proteins and sides and it looks like the grill is completely shut down for the night. I can understand later but they are open until 9p. The food that is there has obviously been sitting for a long time and the containers are all crusty. All 3 times we have walked out and gone to Illegal Pete's instead. I'm not a huge Chipotle fan but I do like that it's typically reliable when you are craving it or if you need a good priced healthier meal in a pinch. Really hope they can improve this, the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is most often clean and perfectly fine for dining.

  I went in yesterday to get my normal bowl. After I started eating I realized there were jalapenos in the bowl. I went to the front and stated due to my stomach surgery I can not have hot jalapenos as it will send me to the hospital. The two employees talked together in Spanish and then one turned to me and said sorry we can’t help you! So I just paid almost $20 for a bowl I can’t eat and they sent me packing with no food. They said because I started eating it they wouldn’t replace it! Were they going to re-sell? The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever witnessed. Horrible management skills at this location and further more. The pico and corn now come packed with small chopped jalapenos which were not in there before this year, they have changed the menu and still call it mild. To someone like myself that can put me in the emergency room. This is the most outrageous reaction from an employee to a customer I have ever seen. I have notified your customer service and you should take action to the employees that treated me like I just wanted free food. I have eaten chipotle since they opened and now I could care less. You have some outstanding employees at your establishment I will be sure to spread the word.
