  Im a writing this review down for my parents, who visited on march 10th around 8 AM. My dad speaks predominantly Spanish, English is not his first language but this day he attempted to order instead of my mom who’s more fluent than him. He was already nervous to try speaking in a different language but we all start somewhere right. According to my father whoever was taking the order was CLEARLY laughing at him as he was possibly mispronouncing items. I am honestly in disbelief that this is still happening and allowed in 2026. Laughing at a customer who has broken English is immature. Escribo esta reseña para mis padres, que nos visitaron el 10 de marzo alrededor de las 8 de la mañana. Mi padre habla principalmente español; el inglés no es su lengua materna, pero ese día intentó pedir en lugar de mi madre, que lo habla con más fluidez. Ya estaba nervioso por intentar hablar en otro idioma, pero todos empezamos desde cero, ¿no? Según mi padre, quien tomó el pedido se estaba riendo claramente de él porque posiblemente pronunciaba mal los nombres de los platos. Sinceramente, no puedo creer que esto siga ocurriendo y que se permita en 2026. Reírse de un cliente que habla inglés con dificultad es una actitud inmadura.

  From the outside looking in, it doesn't seem like they treat their employees very well. During the morning breakfast rush they looked very understaffed with one guy who is clearly unwell/sick trying to balance working the front and helping out the drive through. Hire more people and treat your employees better, its 2026 and you should NOT be making sick employees come in, that is archaic.

  Placed a mobile order at 4:30 for pick up in drive through. Took at least 10 mins to get to the screen for ordering. Someone came to my service quick on there which is good but the line was just not moving up! By the time I got up to the window it was 4:55. The workers were nice in the drive through. I looked into the bag, there was not a fork for my Mac n cheese or condiments. Inside, the service was quick because there was no one in line and the worker was nice and gave me some sauces but I really don’t know why it was taking for long for them to make peoples food… the fries were not good! Not very warm and the bottom half of them were just straight scraps.
