    Ordered a milkshake for my daughter. They said it would take 10 min. We decided to wait. After 10 minutes they said they wouldn't be able to make it but gave us a Coke for our wait. Then I asked for my card to be refunded for the milkshake we didnt receive. Manager said "No." We either get a Coke or a refund. I thought the Coke was for our wait, and since we already drank some of the Coke, no choice now. So I paid $6.00 for a Coke instead of a Milkshake. Got it.
