  This was my first trip to Cava after hearing about it. Went around 530pm. Had to wait for lentils which was fine but then they were out of the broccoli. They didn't really seem prepared for the dinner rush. The food was good, I would try it again.

  Wild to place an online order 45 minutes before pickup to be told the chicken won't be ready for 20 minutes. What's the point of ordering pickup online? Just don't offer the service then.

  Had me waiting around 10 minutes without being acknowledged once. Only person in line, too. At least something small like a "I'll be with you soon" would've been nice. There were 4 employees working too.

  I went here yesterday only because I went to Trader Joe’s right across the street so it was convenient for me just to go to this location and when I say, I absolutely hate this location. I’ve only been here a handful of times and it’s literally always a problem my order is never right and they’re always running out of everything.

  We ordered the Harissa Avocado bowls, but the cucumbers were missing from our order. When we mentioned that a different location (Dallas) usually includes a tomato and pickled onion mix, the employee here was quite dismissive. She put a recipe card up to the window to prove those items weren't included, yet she seemingly overlooked that the cucumbers should have been there. Rather than being helpful, she was rude and made us feel like an inconvenience, even stating that the other location simply 'made it wrong.' We were disappointed by both the service and the incomplete meal. We didn’t get her name but she was wearing and blue and white bandana in her hair.
