  I LOVE cava, and I come here when I can. But recently the stinginess here has been a bit unbearable. It’s kind of a gamble with whichever person you get making your bowl. And I believe coming at a busier time would get you more of your moneys worth. In the advertised photos it shows bowls filled to the brim with lettuce! When I ordered I asked for 80% lettuce 20% rice. The lettuce didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl, I politely ask for more as I’d never seen so little prepared for me, he says it costs extra… I’m like cmon man you didn’t even do the base… makes you a little intimidated during, and disappointed after when after you’re done it’s just a toppings bowl, when all advertised photos show just a much more pleasant balance of salad….. I guess cava wants to play the chipotle game and lose sight of what’s important - customer satisfaction that comes from true execution of promotion of product, not someone’s intuition of how much they think you deserve before deciding to charge you more.

  The food is good but the portions and their rules make it so we haven’t been back in months after we had initially been going a couple times a week. They used to be amazing and I actually really like the food. But their portion sizes and customer experience has significantly decreased. You get barely a spoonful of rice and/or lentils, you get exactly 3 meatballs or 5 pieces of meat. The toppings are tightly controlled and served as if they are rationing. The kids meal is where they are really disappointing though. You now get one dip (even though adults get “unlimited”) and they are extremely restrictive in what toppings they get. The employees are tightly controlled by managers and will be made to remake bowls or pull stuff out if the portions are too big.

  I brought my husband to Cava for dinner, as he had never been before. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. I so appreciate that you can add avocado to your entree at no additional cost. The pitas are incredible!

  I drove all the way from Aurora to the location on Arapahoe was very disappointed put in a review came to this location much to my pleasure All of us well Ethan took care of me he made sure that I was comfortable the place was very clean and tidy and it took a lot of pride in serving me. I'll definitely be back again have to drive far but I'll come to this location

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to Khoa! From the moment I walked in, Khoa was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and even gave great recommendations that made my meal even better. What really stood out was his positive attitude and patience, even during a busy time. He handled everything smoothly and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction.
