  Sia or siya? A female working at the location, came to the window to take my name - 10 minutes pass by (15 minutes past my pick up time) lol hate to be a Karen but she never came back out to the window. Three cars behind me, at this point. Jay very helpful came to the window & was with able to immediately get my order. Super Weird behavior from her

  I really like this Cava. I have been coming here for a year now, since I gave up going to Chipotle because of unsatisfactory food and prices. The service is not always fast but I appreciate the portions. I met a young man the other day Giovanna. He was polite and I think he was training, very friendly and informative. I am happy with this place. Plenty of options and toppings . Please DONT GO TO Chipotle. Cava is the best

  The staff at this store were friendly and managed the line well and the store was clean. I give it 3 stars because I got the steak. It was cold , tasted poorly, but the worst part was the texture. It was mushy and tasted about as good as dog food. I waited for fresh steak but that was also mushy so I got a refund. Unsure if they changed the type of steak they use? I used to get steak here all the time but I would never get it again based on today. It didn’t even have the consistency of steak/meat and seemed ultra processed.

  The food here is always good, but depending on the time of day you might be hard pressed to be able to get half the ingredients you want. They close at 10:30 pm I went in at 8:55pm and stood in line for ten minutes as I watched workers close down stations instead of helping in the front. I proceeded to try to order a Greek chicken pita and a harissa chicken bowl with half the ingredients missing from each item because they said they were out of those items. With over an hour and a half left of being open I’m not sure how they planned to fulfill orders successfully. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve been in during lunch and I have no issues with the amount of food. The man at the front was helpful and kind, but regardless of time going in you will often see people not helping as a line grows for dine-in/carry out. I hope this improves because I love cava but I’m disappointed at constantly not even being able to eat the food I enjoy there especially when I’m paying full price for half the food I usually get.

  This is only my second time going to CAVA. My first experience at another location was great.. this however… I did a mobile order and firstly, my order was late. I didn’t mind at first because I get it, it gets busy. But now that I’m home I see they forgot multiple ingredients in my order. When I walked in to pick up, the order wasn’t on the shelf and I had to ask for it, which again I didn’t mind. It was not busy but there were a Few customers. I’m mostly annoyed because it’s not like I could thoroughly check my bowls while there to see what’s missing. Also the portion size as compared to my first experience at another location is significantly smaller. I don’t think they followed what was listed.. mind you, I didn’t build a bowl—I chose the harissa avocado but swapped out the super greens for romaine and added extra pickled onions. Neither were fulfilled. Also missing the dressings for my other orders.
