Fabulous local pharmacy! Came in for a step test instead of going to urgent care. Test was faster and didn't have to make two stops. Staff actually had time to talk instead of just filling scripts and sending you on your way.

DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON HERE! My story begins with calling this poor excuse of a pharmacy to ask if they had a particular medication. Someone named Jack told me it was no problem. Went to my doctor at 3, they called in a script. I checked in to let them know I was here. First, I was told they didn’t have the entire quantity but would give me a 3 day supply and to come back Monday. No problem for me. So I wait and wait and wait and people are coming and going and there I stand. Then, Ruth comes to me and says they have none of my medication. None at all. Someone at that wacko pharmacy put in the wrong strength. So I had to call my doctor and pray it wasn’t too late (nearly 5 pm) to get a script called in to Walgreens! Downtown Denver. Parking not easy, but Walgreens made it right. I must say there is another bad review on here and most of what this reviewer said, I felt the same. You mean to tell me you are that incompetent to enter wrong info and then keep me waiting like a moron just to tell me you have no medicine. Mistakes with pharmacies can result in bad consequences. I felt the same cold vibe there. While I fully support the small business owner in general, some need to brush up on their people skills. Evidently, Iack should check his supply before assuring me it would “be all right” and don’t keep people standing there until you are bored enough to tell them you cannot help them. I don’t like leaving bad reviews as everyone has an off day, but this??? UNACCEPTABLE and a familiar glimpse at where customer service in out countryb is going

Unusually rude and standoffish pharmacy staff. Jess(?) was clearly annoyed that I had called to ask a question, and hung up on me without saying anything. I was polite and got no help whatsoever-- ended the call with even more questions. If you don't like doing your job, then quit.

The pharmacy was very rude when I was trying to fill a prescription. They flat out told me they didn’t want my business, & that they “aren’t accepting new clients” for my prescription. Very dismissive & not helpful. I’ve lived in Capitol Hill for 6 years & just moved into congress park looking for an independent pharmacy. I’ll find a better one that’s actually polite.

As a veterinarian I sometimes have to call into pharmacies for pet prescriptions. Often pharmacists dismiss us. This pharmacist was wonderful and spent time double checking the non active ingredients to make sure it was safe for my patient.
