  Service is horrible they brought out two of my familys food and the rest of us waited half an hour to recieve our food and were still missing burgers on a sampler drinks also took 30min after odering but servers friends were attended right away dont come here if you appreciate good service No stars if i could!

  Take out. Order was hot and ready. Don't be discouraged by the neighborhood, great spot. Food was GOOD. New pretzel bite were GREAT (I had it with no Everything Bagel seasoning), beer cheese was good. Order was as requested. Quick in and out interaction, just how I like it.

  Sat down at bar today and waited 15min and no service no bartender ? Crazy should be against the law to leave your bar unattended wonder what the kitchen looked like in the back the front door glass missing and getto crazy how this business is in operation I would have shut this place down poor poor service I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

  Started off rocky finished horrible and puzzled....Food cold, staff no personality, lots a confusion on how to handle my complaint, manager seemed unassured on how to make the situation right....im just puzzled and front door was boarded up (probably from a past incident)

  I don’t leave very many negative reviews, but this was such a poor experience overall. Our waitress was fine but she clearly had too many tables and wasn’t super attentive. Food took forever to come out (30+ minutes) and when it finally did it was cold. The teriyaki wings were incredibly dry. We actually ordered bone-in lemon pepper wings but received boneless ones. (The waitress put this in correctly but the kitchen didn’t fulfill it right) I didn’t ask to have these replaced since we waited so long already. Positive note? My daughters cheese burger tasted great and the fries were good.
