  Meat too thick. I avoid this arbys if I can because the thickness of the meat because it takes away from the flavor. Its been this way for years, do yourself a favor and go to -any- other arbys and the meat will be sliced correctly. In my opinion the manager of this store may be lazy and just doesnt want to cut the meat, or have any employees spend time cutting meat.

  I walked in and the girl at the counter looked me in my face and walked to the drive through window. No hello, or we'll be right with you. When she did finally address me it was with a how can I help you like I inconvenienced her. She proceeds to tell me, after I let her know about her lack of customer service, that she's on drive through but it's her fault on that??? Food was cold and seemed skimpy too. I rode my e bike 6 miles to get me some Arby's and some alone time. It didn't turn out so swell!!

  Sandwich was not made to order, bacon was undercooked. Random mystery flakes in the food too, like old burnt gristle. Tea had soured and I was still served. This was despicable, even all the ketchup packets where covered in Honey?!?!?! Bad enough that I wont ever have Arby's again, and will actively campaign against them.
