  We had Grace as our server for a large birthday party, let me tell you, I don’t think I have ever received better service from a server at any restaurant in my life. Grace was an absolute pleasure to work with even with our large party. She was incredibly kind, attentive, accommodating, and entirely on top of our needs every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what Grace provided us with.

  We are frequent customers because of our annual membership, but today’s experience truly stood out. We came to celebrate my son’s birthday with a group of 20, which is not easy to accommodate—especially on a busy Saturday night during prom season—but the team did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special. From accommodating last-minute requests (like bringing Sharky out to sing happy birthday) to giving me extra time to set up, everything was handled so thoughtfully. Matt, the manager, was incredible and played a huge role in making our experience so wonderful. I also wish I could remember our server’s name because she did an outstanding job managing such a large group with ease and a great attitude. We truly felt well taken care of, and I can’t thank the team enough. I would 100% recommend this place for parties or special occasions!

  We went up to the front of the restaurant when we got there; to say we were there but we were early… we didn’t really wait long before saying they were ready for us. There were lots of options for food. And lots of treats. The server Liz did check on us quite frequently; and took away our plates when done. She was nice. The only thing; I guess she was suppose to drop off a coupon paper to say if you buy 25$ or more at the gift shop you get 5$ off… she didn’t drop it off, so we didn’t get the discount; even though I had the receipt to the restaurant. Otherwise it was fine, exciting and new for us. We had a fun time for the Easter Day event. My daughter was able to do the Easter egg hunt, get pictures with Easter bunny.

  I'm super disappointed in the Easter Brunch. I made reservations based on how wonderful our meal was when my husband and I came for dinner. I expected the brunch to be even better! It wasn't! For a seafood restaurant they only offered cold uncleaned shrimp cocktail, a weird shrimp and grits and salmon. Your welcome Laundry's for 500.00 and no choice but to tip! Oh yeah and they automatically added a 70.00 tip and added a space for more!! It took a half hour on top of our reservation to get seated and another 20 minutes to get any kind of service! I would of NEVER tipped that much for bad service.

  We went in for the Easter brunch with our 3 year old and 1 year old and they had a blast. We’ve been bringing the 3 year old on Easter weekend every year since she’s been born. We always do these events because they love eating while being able to see the fish. Our waitress/server today America did a great job. She was super nice and attentive and nice to our kiddos. Any place where the people are nice to our kiddos is always a plus. I felt extremely bad for America because the people behind us were extremely rude to her in a vile and mean way and made her feel bad. They came in with the intent to be mean, because they were always being mean to us the second they sat down because of how the seating was… no matter how much we moved the table away from them they were purposely bumping us and making snarky comments about us. We tipped her extra for the good job and want management to know she was doing a good and none of that stuff was her fault.
