I called frustrated and asked to speak to the manager and the manager at 8:00 pm on 11/23/25 was very apologetic and wanted to make it right she asked us what I would like in order to make it up to us. When I said a free large frosty and my chicken sandwich she acted surprised and asked what else I would like but I said that would be all I wanted. so my husband and I went down and picked it up. We got many apologies during the incident so thank you to whichever manager was on duty at the time I wish I remembered her name. You won’t find the same service at McDonald’s or Tacobell
