The employee with glasses was openly disrespectful, dismissive, and hostile, and the contrast in how other guests were treated made it clear that bias played a role. The environment felt unsafe and unwelcoming. DO NOT GO HERE.

I understand that the workers are new but if they're so new that they don't know what goes the sub/bowl that they are making then they need to go back to training. I will not go back to Subway until I think you've trained your employees right. It's common sense not rocket science.
