  Ordered a heath bar blast for the drive. We couldnt even figure out what it was until we looked at the reciept. It was a banna shake but we were charged for a blast. Very dissapointing. We were to far down the road to turn back.

  im so mad i ordered food and askes for ranch twice… i never got my ranch it’s absolutely ridiculous why nobody their can listen they had a hard time even listening im so pist my entire night is ruined because of one person who cant do their job

  We stopped here for dinner on our long drive home this evening. My burger was like rubber on the outside edges of the patties, they seemed very old. I didn't even eat much of it because it wasnt very good at all. We showed up right around 7pm and were not permitted to use the restrooms. The tots and cokes were good but that was about it. I wasn't aware you could be refused the use of a restroom at a restaurant in Colorado that serves ready to eat food during normal advertised business hours...? The patio didn't seem closed or anything like that so I don't know what the deal is there. They also forgot our ranch so we had to go back and get it before finding the kids a restroom. I hope this place gets back to like it used to be because I really used to enjoy eating there.

  I love Sonic, the food is great, but they have forgotten my burrito i usually order, 3 times now. I usually order on the app and do a pick up. Deeply disappointed

  25 minutes for 1 drink and you even got it wrong. The lady got upset when I said it was wrong. This has happened so many times that its officially a last time for me. Staff is rude, service takes forever and they can't even own a mistake they made.
